At Jagu to Kurinpu, we want you to love your order! If something isn't quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Final sale items (including discounted products) cannot be returned.
To start a return, please contact us at jibutokurinpu.kollection@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
Need a different size ? We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery (subject to stock availability).
To request an exchange, email us at jibutokurinpu.kollection@outlook.com with your order number and your requested change.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made a mistake with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll make it right!
